Processing Time: Usual despatch time is 1-3 business days after an order is received, however can extend to 1-5 business days during sale / promotion / busy periods (December & January included).

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process before you complete your order.

Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for your order will depend on the shipping method you choose and the destination of your order. Estimated delivery times are provided on our website and will also be displayed during the checkout process.

Delivery Tracking: You will receive a tracking number for your order by email once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the delivery of your order on the shipping carrier's website.

Signature Requirement: For security reasons, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. In such cases, the shipping carrier will not leave the package without a signature.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or if the recipient is not available to receive the package, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery or a refund.
